Recruitment Process

1) Announcement of vacant position and submission of application
New positions shall be announced on the “HFF Website”.
The application, together with the required supporting documents, is sent in accordance with the stated instructions and their completeness is examined, on the basis of the criteria set for the position.
You will be informed about the progress of your application accordingly.


2) First-round interview
Personal interview in order to acquire a first picture of your skills, experience and achievements in accordance with the profile of the position for which you applied.


3) Second-round interview
Personal interview and technical assessment in accordance with your skills and experience regarding the position for which you applied.


4) Offering of position
Confirmation of eligibility and offering of employment for inclusion in our team.
